This looks like fire but is a folded piece of used parchment paper. It's wondrous stuff. Smooth some fresh dough on it and poof! A tasty pizza that won't stick. You should invest in a pizza peel to remove it from the oven (they are not expensive). I bake mine on a pizza stone.
Sometimes I like to mix things up by creating a white pizza. For sauce, mix olive oil with a little bit of balsamic vinegar and sprinkle in some italian herbs. Brush that on the crust and top with cheese, chicken and asparagus. Yum!
